About Me

I’m Natalie Jambazian welcome to my safe space!

I have spent the last 10 years helping individuals manage emotional and psychological stressors, build healthier relationships, and strengthen their sense of identity.

As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with individuals by guiding, supporting and providing feedback and coping mechanisms. I also help clients bring the subconscious to the conscious mind. By also delving into childhood dynamics and being aware of it can help an individual not mirror unhealthy thoughts and behaviors. My approach is compassionate, collaborative and safe. I help clients feel validated and seen. Every individual is different and needs different modalities. I also help identify patterns that may not have been consciously uncovered yet.

Over the years I have helped clients through:

Grief and Loss

Managing anxiety

Healing past trauma

Learning boundaries

Overcoming psychological and emotional stressors

Managing anger, stress, and worries

Building their self-esteem

Helping with applying better coping strategies

Although I take an evidence-based approach, my work is also guided with care, empathy and genuine encouragement and support. Building a therapeutic relationship with my clients is an important factor in the therapy work with me.

Natalie Jambazian, LMFT #106385

Hi, I’m Natalie Jambazian, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) dedicated to helping individuals, children, couples, and families heal, grow, and reclaim their lives.

With over a decade of experience, I specialize in trauma, PTSD, anxiety, narcissistic abuse, relationship challenges. My passion is guiding clients who feel stuck, unheard, or broken by their past, empowering them to build resilience, restore self-worth, and create meaningful, lasting change.

In my work, I combine evidence-based approaches like EMDR, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness techniques with a warm, nonjudgmental presence. I believe healing happens in a safe space — one where you feel seen, validated, and supported.

I know how hard it is to reach out for help, especially if you’ve been silenced or invalidated by toxic relationships. My role is to walk alongside you as you navigate your healing journey, offering insight, tools, and strategies tailored to your unique story.

When I’m not in session, you might find me writing, speaking, or creating resources to help more people understand the impact of narcissistic abuse and trauma. I’m deeply committed to raising awareness and providing hope to those who feel isolated in their pain.

If you’re ready to take the next step, I’m here to help you move from survival to thriving. You are not alone — and you don’t have to do this by yourself.

I also specialize in inner child healing — guiding clients to reconnect with the parts of themselves that were wounded, neglected, or silenced in childhood.

Many of us carry old emotional wounds that shape how we relate to ourselves and others today. You may notice patterns of self-doubt, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or chronic shame — all rooted in unmet needs from your early years.

In our work together, I help you gently uncover these hidden parts of yourself, offering compassion, validation, and tools for healing. Whether you experienced emotional neglect, narcissistic abuse, childhood trauma, or subtle forms of invalidation, we will work together to:

Release limiting beliefs and self-blame

Cultivate self-compassion and emotional safety

Identify your inner child’s unmet needs

Break old cycles and create healthier boundaries

My approach blends inner child work, somatic practices, EMDR, and mindfulness to help you not just understand your wounds — but truly heal them.

You don’t have to stay stuck in old pain. Together, we’ll help you reclaim your voice, rebuild trust in yourself, and nurture the wholeness you’ve always deserved.
